The stated salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component related to the stated job position. The actual amount of the basic salary component will be adjusted according to your expertise and experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main purpose of this role is to provide a professional and comprehensive service to General and Finance Director including managing and organising meetings, arranging logistics, calendar management and management of confidential material and information.

Junior Assistant in cooperation with Office manager supports and oversights the office administration functions including reception, facilities, budget management, purchasing, equipment maintenance and other duties as may be required for successful organizational results.

  • Management of documents flow within the organization and ensuring the process is inline with internal directives
  • Reception management including receiving courier packages, post management, visits
  • GD’s and FD’s Diary management and preparing agendas and papers for meetings
  • Arranging meetings and conferences
  • Handling and responding to routine correspondence
  • Making/receiving telephone calls
  • Coordination of office purchases
  • Provide HR Administrative support including processing and administration of new employees

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination

Key competencies and qualities required:

  • High level of organization capabality: organized personality, with a well-establish and effective process of planning workload;
  • Customer Service Focus: Works to determine ‘customer’ (internal, external) needs, motivation to ‘exceed expectations’
  • Communication: Uses multiple communication strategies to gain support and commitment from others and mobilize them to take action
  • Very comfortable with computers, mainly MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Fluent level of English language (written and spoken) used daily for internal and external communication
