Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main goal of the position is to coordinate activities linked mainly to sponsorship, product placement and other non-grps sales products under the supervision of responsible Sales Manager.
Main tasks:
- Coordinate activities linked to sponsorship and product placement sales
- Communicate and coordinate with client/ media or creative agency
- Ensure accuracy in terms of timing and value delivery with accordance to the stated sponsorship and product placement deal/project - Communicate, within the company, with other concerned departments such as production dept., Telerano team, News dept. and New media dept. and others
- Support in creation of PPT presentation of our programs launched by Markiza Group
- Prepare post buy analysis of campaigns and delivery report to client/agency
- Ensure the accurate delivery of all promotional material from client to Markiza Group as well as the return in a good condition of these materials/products
- Support in preparation the post buy presentation for each project
- Monitor of the performance of the contractual terms and conditions agreed with the client regarding campaigns
- Booking sponsorship campaigns in the system
- Regular monitoring of payment status of proforma invoices

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards
min. 1400 Eur (final salary depands on experience of each candidate)

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills
Candidate profile:
- Secondary and higher education, preferably economic background
- Good PPT presentation skills
- Creative background needed to ensure visual quality of presentations
- MS Excel user
- English active speaking and writing, C1-C2
