What do we need from you?

  • University degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven achievements in leadership development and talent management.
  • Proficiency with modern technologies and digital tools.
  • Experience with senior-level recruitment.
  • Fluency in Czech and English.
  • Visionary mindset with practical execution skills.
  • Motivated by change and innovation.
